We are offering FREE DENTAL DAYS,  to ensure continued access to compassionate, community-focused dental care. You don’t have access to dental insurance

Your adjusted family net income is less than $90,000

What is the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)

The CDCP is a government program that helps eligible Canadians access essential dental care. It covers:

Exams & X-rays
Cleanings & Preventative Care
Fillings & Tooth Extractions
Root Canals on Front Teeth
Partial & Complete Dentures
CDCP card holders qualify for a fully covered first visit at Your Hometown Dentist.

Did You Know…?

If you’re currently on Healthy Smiles, Ontario Works (OW), NIHB or ODSP, you can apply for the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)!
The CDCP covers more comprehensive services not included in these programs, like major treatments and additional preventive care.
Applying for the CDCP can provide better access to essential dental services for you and your family.

Access Emergency Care – No Need to Visit a Hospital!

By being part of this clinic, you will be affiliated with three dental clinics in Peterborough for pathways to emergency care.
This means you can access urgent care without going to the emergency room.

How and When to Apply for the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)

Eligible Canadians can now apply based on their age group. A reminder to renew your card annually to ensure your coverage continues.
